1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AKCASOFT LTD ("AKCASOFT", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the Albion Silver Market platform (the "Service"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Description of the Service

AKCASOFT LTD provides digital software products, gaming utility services, and virtual gaming-related digital content directly to end users through its online platform. Customers may purchase software licenses, subscriptions, digital access to launcher and utility tools, as well as virtual in-game content and digital game-related assets. Payments are collected for access to software functionality, digital services, and virtual entertainment content.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. Users under the applicable legal age in their jurisdiction must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person — one account. Multi-accounting to evade limits or bans is prohibited.

5. Payments & Digital Content

Payments are processed by regulated third-party providers. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes. By placing an order you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the selected payment method for the listed amount.

All purchases are for access to digital software, gaming utility tools, or virtual in-game content. Because the Service delivers digital content, refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

AKCASOFT LTD performs basic customer verification and fraud prevention measures for purchases made through its platform. The company monitors transactions for suspicious activity, uses payment processor fraud screening tools, and maintains customer support records. The platform does not provide financial services, money transmission, or cash withdrawal functionality.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to use the platform as a money-transmission, money-laundering, or peer-to-peer financial transfer mechanism.
• Engage in gambling, betting, or operate any cash-equivalent system through the Service.
• Submit fraudulent payments, perform chargeback abuse, or assist others in doing so.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security features.
• Upload malware, exploits, account stealers, phishing kits, or harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or staff.
• Sell or transfer access in ways that violate the terms of the underlying game publisher.

7. User Listings & Marketplace Rules

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of what they offer, and for completing delivery within the timeframes shown. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before purchasing. We may remove listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rules of a referenced game.

Funds related to marketplace transactions are held only to enable order completion, dispute resolution and refunds; the platform is not a wallet, e-money issuer, or money transmitter.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content — software, design, source code, logos, text, and graphics — is owned by AKCASOFT LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. References to "Albion Online" and other third-party game names belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.

9. Disputes Between Users

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, our support team may, at its discretion, review evidence and decide an appropriate remedy (including refund, partial refund, or release of funds). Our decisions on internal disputes are final.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to completion of pending orders and applicable retention requirements.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that virtual content will retain any specific value.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKCASOFT LTD and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (EUR 100).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where the change is material, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AKCASOFT LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
