This Refund Policy explains when and how customers of AKCASOFT LTD can request a refund for purchases made through the Albion Silver Market platform. Because we sell digital software products, gaming utility services, and virtual in-game content, the rules differ from those that apply to physical goods.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered chargeback abuse. We will respond to such chargebacks with full evidence of delivery and may suspend the associated account. Where you are entitled to a refund, contacting our support team is always faster than disputing the charge with your bank.
