Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how customers of AKCASOFT LTD can request a refund for purchases made through the Albion Silver Market platform. Because we sell digital software products, gaming utility services, and virtual in-game content, the rules differ from those that apply to physical goods.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if any of the following apply:

• The digital content or virtual in-game asset was not delivered within the timeframe shown on the listing.
• The software license, subscription, or utility tool you purchased does not function as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• The order was completed by mistake — for example a duplicate charge — and you have not consumed any associated digital content.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised in error and you would like us to process a refund instead of disputing it.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Because of the nature of digital content, refunds are not available where:

• The digital software, license key, subscription period, or virtual in-game asset has already been delivered, activated, downloaded, or consumed.
• A refund is requested more than 14 days after payment.
• The buyer's request is based on changing their mind after the digital service has been used.
• The account associated with the purchase has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
• Loss or damage results from third-party game publisher actions (for example, account bans applied by the game operator) outside our reasonable control.

2. Include the order number, the email address used to purchase, and a clear description of the issue.
3. Attach any relevant evidence (screenshots, error messages, transaction IDs).

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. The time required to see the funds depends on the payment processor and your bank, and is typically:

• Card payments: 5–10 business days.
• Bank transfers: 3–7 business days.
• Local payment methods: as defined by the provider.

Where the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue platform credit of equivalent value, usable only for future digital purchases on the Service.
